Children ages 3 through 5th grade are invited to join us for Sunday School during the school year! Sunday School takes place during our 8:30 a.m. worship service, with engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that help children explore Bible stories, grow in faith, and discover God's love.
Our lessons follow the same Scripture readings used in worship, giving children and their families opportunities to learn and grow in faith together.
Confirmation is a two-year faith formation program for students in 6th through 8th grade, designed to help young people grow in their relationship with God, explore the Bible, ask questions, and discover what it means to live as followers of Jesus.
Students gather five Sunday afternoons throughout the school year for interactive lessons, activities, conversation, and fellowship. Parents and caregivers are welcome and encouraged to participate.
Over the two years, students explore the big story of the Bible, from creation through the life of Jesus and the early church. Along the way, they learn about Lutheran beliefs and practices through Luther's Small Catechism, explore prayer and worship, and discover how faith connects with everyday life.
Confirmation is not the end of a faith journey, but another step in a lifelong relationship with God. Students have the opportunity to affirm their baptism as they complete the program.
During the school year, Berlin High School students are invited to Grace during their lunch period on Thursdays for a meal and a devotion. This is an ecumenical ministry that involves many churches in the area.
